A brain called TED…

What can I say – it’s all over now, and I have no idea what I will talk about every evening now.

Thanks for having me TEDxGhent, it was fun 😉

This is the real story of Patient h69. A gripping but compelling real-time account of one patient’s experience of suddenly going blind. There are personal accounts of going blind, but few if any, have reported the other side of the story – the rebirth of sight, and as a result, the impact of that on modern neuroscience.

  1. Hi vanessa

How did it go?. I’m sure it ran like a river, flowing and expanding until the end.

Just to let you know I am on a course this weekend so there will no meditation this Sunday. Back to usual time the following week.

I would love to have a copy or print out of those brain images you showed us at the talk. Would that be possible?.

They would be very useful to show how all the 4 brain frequencies can actually co-exist. Very useful for explaining how one can be in a meditative state and still be consciously aware and have thoughts coming in and out. So many people think that you have to be in one state of awareness or another.

    Hope all is good.
